Basically all you need tor IRC. Easy tabbing, intuitive setup and good layout. The adverts arent really an issue.
No SSL support
It looks like a great IRC client but I cant test it w/o SSL. So 4 starts for screenshots :)

Problems about connecting
It does not accept * as part of channel name like as example amici*tis* as required in tiscali irc and it is not possible to write other ports like 6660-6669 for example
